Usually we use Q235 or Q345 for lighting poles.

Manufacturing
Material preparation-flatting-cutting on the bias-bending-welding-repair and grinding-reforming-flushing-fix bottom plate-welding bottom plate-opening door-welding door strip,electric strip,and locking-bending arm-hot dip galvanization-plastic powder painted-inspection-shipment.
Welding penetration rate is above 95%.

After the fabrication process as cutting plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drilling holes, we get poles checked before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating and finally we get poles checked according to client's requirements.
Delivery
We normally use 40HQ containers and our Port limit weight for a 40HQ is 26 tons.

2. Price term: EXW,FOB,CFR AND CIF.
3. Payment Term: 30%TT in deposit, 70%TT before shipment. Or LC.
4. Delivery: Based on your order quantity. Normally 15 days after receiving your deposit.
